Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellation by Client
• You may cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of any on-site work or delivery of digital consultancy for a full refund, less a 2% processing fee.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, or after work/delivery has commenced, are not eligible for a refund.
4.2. Refund Process
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4.3. Exceptions
• Custom research, third-party expenses or mobilization costs already incurred are non-refundable.
